Vacuum tumbler
Main function:
Vacuum tumbler can make meat fully absorb pickle liquid, increase the water retention of the product, improve the production rate.
Structure:

Characteristics:
1. Vacuum tumbler is common equipment used in meat processing. By applying the principal of physical impact, it makes the meat tumbling in the drum and repeatedly kneaded;
2. Vacuum space can make the meat absorbing adequate saline solution, increasing its moisture capacity and improving the yield;
3. Working time, quiescent interval, and vacuum degree may be set according to requirements of various types of workmanship.
4. Breathing type vacuum tumbler makes meat in the vacuum space and normal air pressure alternatively while tumbling and kneading, in which means effectively shorten the working time;
5. The drive motor and vacuum pump are products of famous brands in China, and they have stable performance and low failure rates;
6. Both ends of the drum apply welded structures with screw-typ press caps, in which means the inner space of the drum is increased;
7. Vacuum feed-in hopper is equipped;
