1. Product overview
1. XK-JD4 mechanical and electrical integration training device consists four units that are installed on the aluminum alloy guide rail type training platform, such as feeding unit, transport unit, processing and assembling unit and sorting unit. Control module consists of five modules as the power supply module unit, button module unit, PLC module units module, frequency converter unit, touch screen module unit. Among these five units, each working unit can form a independent system, and meanwhile it is also a training system of mechatronics and relative techniques.
In the aspect of control, feeding unit, transport unit and sorting unit can be controlled by a PLC, processing and assembling unit is individually controlled by a PLC, between two PLC, adopt RS485 series communication and PLC network control scheme.
The system contains many techniques in mechanical and electrical integrated professional learning, such as servo drive, step motor drive, mechanical drive, pneumatic control, touch screen control, programmable controller, sensors, frequency control of motor speed, provides students with a typical integrated practical training environment, so that the students learned professional and fundamental knowledge of single branch in the past, here can get a comprehensive understanding of and consolidate, comprehensive training and practical application.

4. Electrical control part introduction
The device electrical part mainly consists of power module, button module, programmable controller(PLC)module, frequency converter module and connection terminal blocks. All the electrical components are connected to connection terminal blocks through which connect to secure socket and through the secure socket connect to each modules, thus improve the training evaluation device safety. The structure is split mounting type, each module are common module and are interchangeable, can complete different training project, stronger extensibility.

The module provide Siemens MM420, 0.75KW, AC380 frequency converter, 5K potentiometer is used for analog control training of the frequency converter.
