Medical anesthesia tube refers to as the disposable anesthesia epidural catheter, catheter use PA material manufacturing, tube joint use ABS materials manufacturing, product composited by tube and tube joint, mainly applied in clinical surgery epidural anesthesia, and for the patient transfer anesthesia and analgesia liquid medicine.
The special application of anesthesia catheter makes the tube size precision requirements are extremely accurate, usually the allowable tolerance should not more than +/- 0.02 mm.

Features of KINGSWEL-Medical anesthesia catheter extrusion line as follow:
- Extrusion machine drive adopts full servo system, provides screw rotating output with close to zero fluctuation, ensures that melt material extrusion fluctuation is controlled in the lowest level;
- Adopting metering pump system, stable material melt pressure and flow change as well as automatic feedback host speed for adjusting, furthermore reducing melt material fluctuation before it goes into the mold of extrusion;
- Mold adopts advanced "CNC machine technology" and electrochemical processing method, can provide ideal extrusion for the tube which diameter≤ 1.0mm.
- With the new "accurate control of weak vacuum" technology: Vacuum and water system controlled separately. In this way, we can coordinate the multilevel water balance control system with vacuum system, ensures stable vacuum degree, cooling water level and water flowing.
- We apply a more accurate way in measuring and controlling vacuum, which can reach -0.1KPa vacuum degree.
- High driving standard adopt independent upside and downside straight coupled Servo motor driving system, provides pulling with close to zero fluctuation, Max line speed can get to 180m/min.
- Adopt double-position automatic winding on-line, winding device Line automatic adjusting line angle, special assembly tension adjusting device avoid plastic pipe drawing strained.
