APPLICATION
It is mainly used for refining the syringe body or rubber plug silication.Syrings refined by our silicone oil have
better lubricity,
which largely devteases both the starting resistance and the sliding friction when using the syringes.This smoothens the
whole process of injection and allows nurses to have a better control of dosage.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

2) Better lubricity to plastic, rubber and skin, and the proportion of dosage shall be 1% less than the same
product of other brands.
3) Low surface tension and excellent spreading properties.

and the biological,chemical,physical properties of the product are in line with the standard of
"GB/T16886.1 Biological evaluation of medical devices."
USAGE
1.Recommended dilution ratio:solvent:"101"=100g:5~12g
2.Actual ratio might fluctuate due to different proesses and equipments.Test and figure out the right ratio for
the plant before application.
3.Diluted"101" is also called Silicone oil,and must be stirred technologies(spry,soak,spread,etc.).
4.The dilution should be done when needed.The shorter the storage time,the better the quality.To prevent
unnecessary waste due to activcation group reaction and vibrations,storage time should not be more than 7
days.

STORAGE: The expiration date is 18months after production when stored in room temperature and
