1. Casting billet directly into step furnace heating.
Continuous casting billet in the furnace temperature can reach 700 degree above, the heating time can be reduced by 30%. According to the balance with rhythms of steelmaking continuous casting production, the year of continuous casting billet hot charging ratio as high as 70%, thus can greatly reduce energy consumption.
2. Flexible rolling mill type which can realize continuous no twist rolling bar and profiles.
In order to meet the needs of the whole alloy bars and different profile rolling production, while selecting a mill, in addition to the horizontal mill and vertical mill, also chose flat/made convertible rolling mill and universal mill two special models. In the production of alloy round steel and six Angle bar, flat vertical mill for the use of vertical mill no twist rolling (implementation), and production of channel steel, Angle steel, I steel profiles, for the use of horizontal mill. 4. By using temperature control rolling and controlled cooling after rolling

5. Using online detector shape and surface quality of the detector
