Product Description
This screen ultrasonic cleaning machine is made for cleaning the small parts of air condition compressor. It is made by System for refill the work pieces, High pressure spray cleaning system, High pressure air blast water system, screen transfer system, oil and water disport system, Oil Recycle tank, liquid stocked tank, Air system, Electric control box, Flame of the equipment, Seal booth and so on.
All the machine is automatic, All the work process was controlled by PLC control box. The workers put the work pieces on the screen, then the screen will transfer the work pieces to the spray cleaning area, Anti-rust spray cleaning, High press blasted water system, hot wind heating area, leaning system, put off the work pieces,
