MF5600 series mass flow meter specifically for the need to monitor and the body separate application requirements and design. As the oxygen supply in hospital small air separation system. The flowmeter standard industrial user interface (RS485/4~20mA) and user defined alarm function better in different places or network monitoring. Existing products were MF5612 and MF5619 respectively 0-300SLPM and 0-800SLPM gas flow measurement.
