It could prevent alkali, heavey metal ion contaminating silicon wafer adn then avoid the affect for electric characteristics, and facilitates the preparation of high purity semiconductor substrate mirror. Compare with Jampanese and American surfactant, htis proudct can effectively remove mirror adsorption particles, organic matter, metal ions and other pollutants.
