Property:
Sodium nitrate is easy to deliquesce and is easy to dissolve in water and liquid ammonia, but only a little dissolve in ethanol and glycerin. Its decomposition products are sodium nitrite and oxygen. If heated to higher temperature, it will be decomposed into the mixed gas of oxygen, azote and oxynitride. It has the strong oxidizing property and can cause the inflammation and explore while mixed with organics, sulfur and sulfite etc.
Application:
It is the important chemical material and widely used in industries including glass, dye, metallurgy, machinery and vitreous enamel etc.

Notices:
1. This product shall be stored in the place where keep ventilation and dry against rain, heat and insolation under sunlight.
2. This product shall not be delivered or stored together with acid, metal powder, saw dust, gauze, paper, sugar, sulfur, and other organic tinder and reduzates.
3. Handle with care against friction and bounce while handling and pile.
4. The fire caused by sodium nitrate can be eradicated by a lot of water.
