DESCRIPTION
After supplying hundreds of water filling machine and complete lines to world famous beverage manufacturers, we have been the best supplier for water filling. Many advanced designs help the customers produce better quality products and save production cost. Designed capacity is 2000BPH to 20000BPH.
ADVANTAGES
According to the requirement of large capacity, 20000BPH for example, we adopts advanced high speed water valves for the filling heads which takes high efficiency to the production. NO BOTTLE NO FILLING.
The clamps don't contact with the bottle mouths. This avoids second pollution to the bottles.
The capping heads can be washed by detergent, which realizes sanitation of the capping module all the time.
Capping module adopts photoelectricity tracking system, which realizes "NO BOTTLE NO CAPPING"
Grippers can be used as transmission instead of the star wheel in the machine according to customer's requirement. This reduces change parts for different capacity bottles.
STRUCTURES
The parts which contact with the liquid are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
All the electrical parts and pneumatic components are supplied by world famous supplier, such as PLC and inverter are from MITSUBISHI, pneumatic components is from FESTO (SMC is an option), Motor is from SEW, contactor and breaker are from DELIXI, touch screen is from WEINVIEW, etc. With these top quality components, the water filling machine runs stably.
