I.Scope of Application
DZ47 high breaking MCB is mainly applied to the line of AC frequency 50/60Hz, rated operated voltage 230/400V or below, with rated current up to 63A. It is used to provide overload or short-circuit protection for electrical circuits or equipment of modern buildings. It can also used as infrequent operation or isolation.
Structural features of DZ47 high breaking MCB is assembled by plastic housing, operating mechanism, contact arc extinguishing system and tripping mechanism, etc. The housing is made of special plastic with characteristics of flame retardant, high impact and light weight. So is the operating mechanism, which can ensure its delicacy & reliability and get minimum rotary inertia at the meanwhile. Thus, the tripping mechanism will operate quickly once the short circuit occurs. The tripping mechanism is made up of bimetallic strip overload inverse time-lag tripping mechanism and short-circuit momentary electromagnetic mechanism. Its contact system adopts special arc guiding angle and extinguish chamber, which have a notable current limiting effect.
It is widely applied in office buildings, residential buildings and other similar buildings to provide both overload and short circuit protection for its lighting, distribution line and equipment. It can also be used for infrequent line switching under normal circumstances. This product complies to Standard of IE60898 & GB10963.1. Our DZ47 high breaking MCB has also been CCC and CE approved.

III. Normal Operating Conditions
Ambient air temperature: -5ºC~+40ºC. Please contact our technical department if the temperature for your usage is out of range.
Altitude: ≤2000
Atmosphere Condition: when ambient air temperature is up to 40ºC, the relative air humidity can not exceed 50%. While at a lower temperature, a higher relative humidity can be allowed. For example, the RH could reach to 90% when the temperature is 25 degrees Celsius.
Due to the temperature variation, slight condensation may occur occasionally. Please pay your attention to take appropriate measures.(Like a scupper hole).
Vertically mounted. Tilt angle ≤5%
Ensure that there is no distinct shake or shock at the installation site.
The circuit breaker should be used by reducing capacity, if it is installed within a protective enclosure and there is also several circuit breakers mounted against each other, the derating factor should range from 0.7 to 0.8, which may depend on the enclosure material. For metal, choose higher value. For plastic , the lower value is better.
