This product is applied in coal mining, transformer, H insulation grade, mining flameproof dry-type transformer and H. V load switch, L. V feeder cable connect switch constitute of mining flameproof removable substation. Removable substation and dry-type transformer can interchange flameproof shell when having the same capacity.
Removable substation uses H. V load switch, L. V feeder switch, with explosion protection certificate, coal mining safety certificate, also can equip with other model product specified by users.
It integrates the advantages of domestic and overseas flameproof transformer, choosing high quality NOMEX H insulation grade material with high elliptic type and L. V coil; Through vacuum pressure dry, soaking H grade solvent-free varnish. High temperature cursing machinery with high strength, iron core uses high quality high permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with elliptic cross section, all sloping seaming, tight drawstring, advanced structure, compact and safe, effectively reducing no-load current and no-load loss.
Its shell uses corrugated tube, with features of good heat dissipation, high strength, small size, light weight, high performance of flameproof. Its other performance reach or above national standard.
