Main function
This machine is mainly used for drying &sterilizing for washed qualified vial and removing hot source and can also be used for drying and sterilizing for ampoule, oral liquid as well as glass container for pharmaceutical use.
Performance and characteristics
This machine is a unitary tunnel structure and is divided into preheating, sterilizing with high temperature, cooling. It adopts hot air laminar flow sterilizing principle to sterilize the container and remove the hot source. Apart from common cooling, the cooling part has surface cool type for selection.
The common configuration is fitted with tunnel chamber pressure-difference balanced automatic protective patent technical device and it ID also be fitted with SIP (cooling segment), CIP with net belt.
