Without changing the outline dimension, FTM2LZ intelligent RCCB is the national original type with intelligent overload, short circuit and residual current protection in one breaker.
Twin type: FTM2 MCCB, FTM2L RCCB and FTM2LZ intelligent breaker are the twin type in structure. With the national innovative design of same outline and installation size, they are user friendly.
FTM2LZ intelligent MCCB has adopted self-generated power supply for power controller for the first time in China, which has realized the miniaturization of the intelligent controller and enhanced the anti-jamming performance.
FTM2LZ intelligent MCCB has an intelligent over-voltage release composed by micro-processor, and it can provide residual current protection. MCCB with communication interface can connect with Modbus control system, and it can also connect Dvicenet or Profibus by special adaptors. It can precisely detect and calculate the circuit parameters and monitor the running status of circuit breaker and power line through computer network, and it can also transmit these information to the control center. Through data transmission and exchange, circuit breakers can be controlled remotely and diagnosed quickly for its failure. In this way, the time for power and motor failure can be reduced greatly. By flexibly resetting the parameters in the control system, the running can be more smoothly.
FTM2 series MCCB applies to low-voltage electric network with AC50Hz, rated current between 16 to 800A, rated insulation voltage 690V and rated working voltage 400V and below. It can be used to protect electrical shock from leakage and prevent fire accident caused by earth fault current due to equipment isolation failure.
FTM2 series have adopted intelligent over-voltage release composed by micro-processor. With rated current and over-current protection characteristics adjustable, it can better match power distribution circuit and motor load to provide overload and short circuit protection. In normal condition, it is also suitable for infrequent switch and starting a motor not frequently.
