1. Frozen monkfish tails (Lophius Litulon),
IQF, skinless, bone in, belly off/ max 2-3cm/ trimmed/ on.
Chemical: EU standard treated, EU standard without STPP, chemical free.
Size after glaze or before glaze: 80-150, 150-200, 200-300, 300-500, 500-700, 700-1000, 1000g up.
Glaze: 100% net weight (1-3% protective glaze ), 90% net weight (10% glaze), 80% net weight (20% glaze ), 75% net weight (25% glaze ).
Package: Retail bag ( transparent bag with rider or Label or colorful bag )with carton, or bulk package.
2. Fillets frozen
IQF, skinless, boneless, belly on/ trimmed/off/ max2-3cm,
Chemical: EU standard treated, EU standard without STPP, chemical free.
Size after glaze or before glaze: 100-200, 200-400g.
Glaze: 100% net weight (1-3% protective glaze ), 90% net weight (10% glaze), 80% net weight (20% glaze ), 75% net weight (25% glaze ).
Package: Retail bag ( transparent bag with rider or label or colorful bag )with carton, or bulk package.
