Kolortek Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate Pearls are exclusive specialty pigments based on borosilicate flakes. They bring products to life with brilliant colour and glittering effects.
Borosilicate pigments represent a new variety in the well known Glass Effect Pigments. Consisting of transparent borosilicate flakes coated with high refractive metal oxides, e. G. Titanium dioxide or iron oxides, these innovative pigments allow the achievement of optimum interference effects in combination with outstanding transparency. Borosilicate pigments open new styling possibilities spicing up colour cosmetics with exciting eye-catching effects.
Kolortek pigments are coated with silver or titanium dioxide resulting in unlimited possibilities for formulators looking for eyecatching effects in cosmetics.
Cosmetic glass effect pigments out-perform traditional mica based pearlescent pigments in luster, brightness, transparency and reflectivity. They create an exceptionally high visual impact.
