Product Description
YH Series Motor is designed on the basis of Y Series Motor and has the same overall dimensions, Insulation Class and Cooling Method as Y Series Motor.
By adopting the rotor made from high-resistance aluminum alloy, YH Series Motor features its high slip ratio, long Locked torque, small Locked current and soft mechanical function and it can endure the impact load. It is suitable for metal-processing machine tools that have long moment of force of the flying wheel, uneven impact load and large number of normal-reverse rotating, such as shear, punching machine, swaging machine and so on.
YH series Motor have Protection Class of IP44, Insulation Class of B, and Cooling Method of IC0141.

Frame size of 80-160: (IM)B3, B5, B6, B7, B8, B35, V1, V3, V5, V6, V15, V36
Frame size of 180-225: (IM)B3, B5, B35, V1
Frame size of 250: (IM)B3, B5, V1
Working conditions
Ambient operation temperature: It may vary with the changing weather but never exceeding 40ºC;
Altitude: Not more than 1000m;
Rated frequency: 50Hz;
Rated Voltage: 380V;
Operation Mode: Periodic working mechanism. (S3). If the motor is not running at the rated load Fc, the output power of the motor can be adjusted so as to assure its proper running.
Termination: Y if below 3kW, Δ If over 4kW.
