Performance and Features
MODELE is a high-end product, compounded by high polymer materials of thickening and strength, surfactant, reinforcing agent and plasticizing agents. As a new type of plastering additive, it is entirely different from the air-entraining agent and the common mortar additive.

MODELE, which advance the technology principle of mortar additive of common type, is developed with the purpose of solving the problems of new wall material in construction and operation. The adhesion and density of mortar is increased after mixing with other substance, which thus incredibly increase post-strength and durability of mortar.

MODELE products boast high water reducing rate and high water retention so that mortar keeps in the state of non-segregation, non-bottom-resting and unstraified for longer time(1-2 hours)

With special high-performance materials, MODELE products distinguish from mortar with lime which will continue to make aging reaction that leads to crack-hollow and cracking of the wall. The mortar features viscosity, elastance, plasticity and flexibility, which make soft-crack resistance have good ductility of crack resistance that can effectively improve the traditional mortar prone to cracking, hollowing, foaming, flaking off and other quality defects.

2)Lime in the table above is grade the second grade lime paste
3)The ratio of agent is the one to mass of cement

The Mixing Method

The mass ratio of agent to cement is 0.2-0.3%, 0.5-0.75%. Mixing mortarmainly by machines.

1. Mixing procedure while using vertical mixers, horizontal mixers: Firstly, mix part sand, agent and water and stir them uniformly. Put them into cement and all sand. At last, stir the mixture for 3-5 mintues

2. Mixing procedure while using Drum-type mixers: Put agent into cement, and stir them for 1 minute. And then add water to the mixtures and stir for 3-5 mintures

Notes:
1. The first mixing, mortar, the quantity of dose should be increased 0.5 times
2. Artificial mixing: The agent should first dissolved into the water then place into mortar
3. The water in the mortar with the agent should be reduced by 20%

Notes:
1. Place the product in a dry place with ventilation, and pay attention to anti-moistrue
2. Wall basic-level treatment should be done before plastering
1)Clean up the uneven surface of masonry, concrete and air-concrete base. First of all, fill the holes of with cement mortar in the mixture ratio of 1: 3. If the surface is rather smooth, make it coarseness. The dirt on mortar surface or paint should be pre-cleared. (when there is a large number of paint, get rid of it with buck of concentration 10%)
2)Moisten the surface of brick-wall with water ahead of one day. The depth of water permeation is required to range from 10mm to 20mm. In cloudy or rainy days, water less. Water it from left to right and from top to bottom. The water amount should be not too big so as to ensure its quality. The moistening of the surface of concrete and air-concrete should be also be done ahead. Control water amount and degree of humidity, which should not be over
3)Plaster twice for rendering. You can plaster for the second time only after the coagulation of mortar which is plastered the first time
