LD series mutiple ion vacuum coating equipemnt adopt special late model cathode arc ion evaporator, which can effectively decrease the granule size and stably work under high vacuum or low currency evironment. So the coating properties are very good, such as (high bond strength, smooth finish, high microhardness, etc) Working in magnetron sputtering target, the rigidity and bond strength of coating will be enhanced a lot. Through years of application, LD series coating equipment is outstanding for the characters as follows, tight structure with small foot-print, high leak tightness, high heat-up efficiency, relialbe operation, long service life etc.
