Product Description
SO 100 is a multi-functional soluble oil package based on naphthenic base oil. It can produce a wide range of high-performance soluble oil with excellent lubricity, corrosion inhibition and stable emulsion.
SO 100 contains some special lubricants, and provides excellent cooling and lubricity properties for light-to-medium duty applications on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, resulting in extended tool life and good surface finishes on machined parts. Compared to traditional soluble oil, it has been special formulated to provide enhanced rust protection, bacteria prevention, and greater emulsion stability.
SO 100 has very low foaming tendency, which allows its use in high-speed cutting and grinding applications. It exhibits good hard water stability, and can maintain stable with water hardness up to 500ppm.
SO 100 does not contain any sulfur, chlorine or phosphorous, making disposal of the used fluid easier. SO 100 performs good bio-stability. It is mild and non-irritating to skin. Manufacturers can add some EP additives or biocides in the formulation to improve overall performance.

APPLICATIONS
SO 100 is recommended for light to medium duty operations on a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (except magnesium alloys). Manufacturers can add some EP additives or biocides in the formulation to improve overall performance.
