1. Summary
COME800-R16 telephone recording system, with a voice connecter and 16 channels available, PCI interface. Single computer can contains 8 cards max, then you can manage 128 channels telephone call. The system will save all the call in & call out numbers in the hard disc, easy for you to search the recordings. This product is qualified under the CE certification.
2. Main Functions
Call Recording: Can record the talk of normal telephone, extension, ISDN, trunk etc. Timely.
Record Loop: Circular record according to the appointed space, clear the oldest recording automatically.
Timing Record: You can preset the recording time, recording only in the appointed period. Also can records whole day.
Free Record: You can set the system to remembers some numbers, then the appointed callers talk will not be recorded. Call Monitor: Search any channel's record by your computer or the internet.
Record Search: You can check or playback any recording files as you like.
Parallel Operation: Available to record & search at the same time.
Remote Control: Easy to manage the device and play or search the recordings by the internet.
