BST-2100R/RB surface magnet distribution measuring instrument combines the actual demands of the multi-polar magnetic ring manufacturer and motor user, realizes the accurate measurement of the surface magnetic field distribution through meticulous design and the precise control over the motor. It is an indispensable tool in conducting accurate evaluation on the magnetizing accuracy and inspecting the quality of the magnetic ring.
It can provide XY coordinate, pole P coordinate 3D magnetic field distribution and relevant fundamental wave to carry out the test reports, such as the harmonic analysis (the only one in China), which provides accurate magnetic field distribution data for the design of electric machine.
High concentricity and probe return shall be the guarantee for the quality of the instrument, and the overall performance of the product reaches international advanced level.
