Production process as following:
Casting workshop
There are currently eight casting furnaces, the daily output can reach 700 tons.
Mould and extrusion
We can produce the mould which outside diameter from 160mm to 676mm.
We have 48 sets of extrusion lines which can guarantee yearly 200000 tons extrusion capacity.
Anodizing and powder coating
There are 8 anodizing production lines which can provide anodized treatment in different color ,such as silver, champagne, coffee, golden, black,etc. There are 6 powder coating lines and 3 PVDF coating lines. The monthly coating capacity is more than 10000 tons aluminum profiles.
We can provide high quality different color coating in basis of USA standard.
Finishing Fabrication
We have many fabrication equipments,like laster cutting,bending machine,puncher, edge trimmer and others.We can help our clients arrange finishing fabrication.
Packing and container loading
We can follow market different clients' demand in packing and container loading.
