Controlled by PLC computer, the GXJZ-G-type automatic solid spawn inoculation machine can finish such operations as automatic uncapping,feeding by rotation,inoculating ,caping and vibrating etc. The amount is fixed ,accurate and uniform, avoiding the random inoculation by hand. Combined with the spawn processing machine,it can significantly reduce the infestation risk of contaminants ,increase the efficiency and ensure the spawn safety.
GXJZCL-type solid spawn processing machine consists of such parts as chain conveyors,pressure-stabilizing bottle,mycelium coats scrapers,disinfecting knives and bottle mouths etc. It can complete the previous manual operations with intensive labor,thus greatly enhancing efficiency and quality.
