Introduction:
MWT series wear-resisting passage pump is a new series pump developed based on wear and corrosion resisting pumps, and conforms to ISO5199, API 610 10th standards. Adopting vortex impeller, there is no fit clearance between impeller and pump casing, this pump solves the problem that the performance decreases due to the increasing clearance. It has the following characteristics: Reasonable structure, stable opetation, no clogging, long service life of impeller and pump casing, being capable to convey liquid containing gas, etc.
Application:
MWT series pump can be widely applied in the industries of smelting, mining, coal, Electric power, chemical, light industry, food and sewage disposal, etc. It is used to convey the following media:
1. Solid liquid mixed liquid containing solid substance with various shapes.
2. Liquid containing suspended solid and fibroid substance.
It is especially suitable to convey liquid containing big granular substance and gas.
Materials:
For wetted parts in contact with medium, the common material are: Cast iron, CS, ANSI 4140, 12% chrome steel, stainless steel, Duplex stainless steel. (the wetted parts materials are accordance with API 610 10th )
