We use various rubber material to produce our rubber product, such as NR, NBR, CR, EPDM, Silicone and more, if these material don't meet your special requirement, you can name a particular material for us to think about from professional angle, if it's workable, we can do it accordingly; If not, we can give you professional advice. All our material live up to SGS standard, which is compatible with RoHS concerned standard, so all our products meet SGS and RoHS Standards. For some particular material, it meets FDA standard, this normally applies to our silicone rubber material, some people call it "food grade silicone". We can promise to you that we will never use recycled material. Recycled material can substantially cut cost down product price, but this leads to low quality and in serious circumstance, it will leads to serious accident, we'll never risk our reputation to get involved into these conflict.
With these years working on various project of customers and long-time working in rubber industry, we're confident to give you professional advice on your particular project. Currently, our market has expanded to 34 countries and the market share is still growing. Normally, we first get drawings from customers to check their designs, if there's no drawings available, we'll ask some questions about their product concept and designing idea, we check what application would the rubber product will adopt and what environment will the product to be applied to, and then according to these information, we advise what particular rubber to employ, what hardness to apply. OEM is never a problem to us.
