Product Description
Fluorescent Pigment Neon series is water-base fluorescent pigment with no formaldehyde. Very useful in textile printing that concern about free formaldehyde content. Neon fluorescent pigment has very fine particle size, 0.1 micron, so can be used well in marking and highlight pen.
