Product Description:
1. Bottom sealing by hot air devices, which is import from switzerland, LEISTER BRAND, high efficiency and durable.

2. And cup side sealing by ultrasonic, Evergreen which is made in Taiwan; (If you will not change mould, only one mould work with the machine. )

3. More efficient and better performance. The speed could be 60-80 pcs/min

4. Cup top curling and bottom knurling are finished by two separate turning plates.

5. It is easy to make cups with different sizes by changing moulds.

6. Have an automatic cup delivery system and stacking system with auto counter.

7. Equipped with automatic bottom paper roll lifting system, it is very easy to change the bottom paper roll, labor saving.

8. All the electrical parts are Schneider and Siemens brand, best configuration, which insure the long life span the machine

9. Automatic lubricating system, no need to doing the daily maintenance, and much easier for the operator.

10. Bottom paper will cut off and transfered by the transfering tape to the garbage automatically.
