Zhangjiagang Ourfloor New Material Co., Ltd, as a branch plant of Suzhou Portilor New Material Co., Ltd, is a factory specialized in producing wood plastic composite flooring (WPC Vinyl Flooring) since 2010. We are conveniently located in Yangtze River Delta, China, about one and a half hours driving road to Shanghai Pudong airport. So far, we have been equipped with two extruding lines for WPC flooring substrate sheet extruding, and one professional grooving line exclusively for the Click function. The production capability is around 200, 000 square meters each month. And a third extruding line is expected to be put into production by the end of this year, which would definitely bring us a much higher production capability.

Except for production quality and capability, we also concentrate on R&D capability improvement. Currently our R&D team has successfully achieved a new technology, with which, the shrinkage of our floor can be reduced into 0.3%( three over one thousand), which is far more superior than the average shrinking percentage of the whole flooring field.
