1. Basic Features
The new designed Series DZL-3E, with features of smart outlook, highlight LED display, better color visual recognition, full keyboard input and more humane operation mode, greatly reduces the operation difficulty and improve production efficiency. Data are uploaded to SPC workstation so that the operation of equipment and products qualified rate could be monitored easily. The digital sensors makes the device more integrated and strong in anti-interference performance; the military computer technology makes the host more stable and more reliable. The hardware integration VGA (1024 × 768) resolution output provides a variety of display expansion capabilities.
2. Internet Features
The wireless data transmission from measuring device to computer is realized by replacing the connection cable by compact & high-performance wireless module. The measurement data are send by the internal wireless transmission card in the measuring instrument to the wireless transceiver in the computer, are displayed, stored in the computer which greatly reduces the read&record error. The maximum data transmission distance is about 200m.
