About WPC Material
The Eco-friendly WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE outdoor decking / flooring we produced is made of
1) 60% wood powder (Professionally treated dry bamboo/wood fiber)
2) 35% HDPE (Grade A)
3) 5% chemical additives (Anti-UV agent, Anti-oxidation agent, stabilizers, colorants, anti fungus agent, coupling agent, reinforcing agent, lubricants...etc. )
All these raw materials are premixed and extruded by professional Wood-Plastic machinery with special technics, so it is a kind of Low-carbon, Environmental protection and Recyclable new material.

The products are guaranteed against termites ,checking , splitting , decay ,rot and splintering .

Installation Guide :
General Planning principles for decks :
Ensure that the subsoil is firm , and has a good bearing capacity
Caution ! Avoid waterlogging!
Do not fill cavity spaces between substructure
Maximum of 50mm floorboard protrusion over the last substructure
Always predrill all the holes
Adhere to a minimum clearance of 30mm from fixed components
Always lay hollow section profiles in a longitudinal direction to the floorboard with a minimum slope of 2% per meter so as to avoid permanent damage to the hollow section being caused by penetrating water
Ensure a sufficient amount f ventilation from underneath by adhering to the clearances
Do no cut any hollow section floorboards diagonally at an angle exceeding 45 degree
Point all the floorboards cutting edges (approx.2*2M)
Always use solid HOHECOTECH floorboards for special applications (steps,curves , cutouts for downpipes or pillars) and for superstructures which cannot be subjects to the stipulated inclines
