Product Description
Ultrasonic heat meter, ZY-C no baffle-board ultrasonic heat meter
Features:
Square hole straight through base meter--- no blockage, low pressure loss.
Using the pipe wall reflection--- stable signal, low failures.
Extended transducer--- high intensity stable ultrasonic signal.
Low initial flow, minimum flow 0.009m3/h--- accurate measurement
High intelligence dual chip circuit board--- low power consumption, large capacity.
Dual power supply--- long battery life more than 6 years.
Base meter and transducer adopt anti-scaling special processing
Paired platinum resistance temperature sensor PT1000.
Main Function:
1. Measurement: Measure the instantaneous flow, supply and return temperature, differential temperature and thermal power
2. Metering: Metering the heat, cold, cumulative flow and operation time.
3. Self-diagnostic: Diagnose the flow sensor, temperature sensor and battery fault.
4. Data transmission: Available with M-BUS, RS485 and photoelectric communication interfaces, etc.
5. Display and query: The first-level menu displays the heat/cold, supply and return temp, differential temp, instantaneous and cumulative flow, current date, operating time and the heat meter installation address; The second-level menu can query for nearly 18 months of data, the fault data, program version and product parameters.
6. Data storage: With the function of monthly storage, timing storage, fault data storage, power-off storage and no historical data loss.

As upgraded product of traditional ultrasonic heat meter, ZY ultrasonic heat meter has changed the traditional ultrasonic heat meter structure and improves the measurement accuracy and stability. ZY split mechanical heat meter is the only product with split structure of domestic similar products.
With the registered capital of 40 million, the company has established a production base in the new industry district in Weihai City, which has 5000 square meters of existing standard production workshop and all kinds of production and testing facilities and complete equipments and has the production capability of DN20-200 ultrasonic heat meter and split mechanical heat meter with an annual output of 800 thousand to 1 million pieces.
