5. Our Engineering and Analysis.
* Technical Dept. has 3 senior engineers, who are specialized to make DFM and Moldflow analysis.
* Design Dept. has 12 design engineers they are excellent in using Pro/e, UG, Solidwork, Auto CAD
to design and program.
* Tooling Dept. has about 50 professional mold makers. We have produced 270~300 sets
of mold over the past per year, the molds range from 150mm*150mm to 2.5m*3.5m up to 40T.
* We do trial-production and keep the mould running well in the machine for around 6 hours
* Mold checking Team has 3 mold checking engineers. They check the manufacturing
process and inspect the molds.

- For big products, interior package with sponge, and exterior package with carton box, if necessary it can be a wooden box.
- For small products, we package them with tray and carton.
