The distinguishing features of polyamidecords are their high tenacity and resistance to abrasion as well as higher breaking load. Perfect elongation at breaking load. This makes it a good shock absorber. Polyamide cords found their widely using in the marine transport, the cargo handling, the fishery, the hobby and construction as auxiliary cord.
