SuperImage screen printing nylon inks' using methods:
The using process of SuperImage screen printing nylon inks:
1). It can be suitable for 100-350 mesh screen printing.
2). Each kg can print out about 40-50 sq.meter.
3). In screen printing, this nylon inks can be directly used without any other additives. When the viscosity is bigger, some thinner should be added to dilute the inks make it more fluent,then use it.
4). Usually, 10-30% solvent thinner should be added before using it.
5). The mesh-washing water' specification is 300# or 719, or 783.
6). Volatile natural drying.Sufrace dry: 5-20minutes, and Real dry: more than 2 hours. Qick dry: 65 Celcuis for 30 minutes by bake-drying.
