OEM Plastic Injection Molding Services:
1: Provide Mold design/making for any plastic parts according client's 3D drawing or samples.
2: Provide Plastic Injection if our clients don't have their own injection molding machine.
3: Provide Plastic Parts Assembly and Printing etc.Products image:
ODM Plastic Injection Molding Flow:
1: Clients sending the technical 3D drawing or samples for us to quote,
2: We provide our suggest our mold design and mold price to clients confirmed,
3: If ok, We will design the Through model analysis to clients check,
4: Clients need to pay for the T1 Charge,
5: We start to import the Mold material, go into produce,
6: Through the total Mold making period, we will sent the " Mold's production schedule" to clients reference,
7: Mold finish, go into the stage on" Trial Mold". In this stage, we always put the Mold on our Injection Machine ( we have 5 sets Injection machine 15 tons to 150 tons in our plant) , and produce the Plastic Parts Samples to clients comfirmed.
