Shanghai Sling Ring Limited(SSR) was established in 2010, located in Shanghai China.
Our main productions are metal productions such as steel fabrication, bus shelter, canopy, bin, lighting pole, lighting outreach, street furniture, fence, bike rack, seat frame, bench frame, aluminum pole, aluminum lighting outreach etc. With material steel, stainless steel(SS304/SS316), aluminum extrusion.
The prosess for these productions are: Laser cutting, bending, punching, welding, hot DIP galvanized, powder coating, painting and anodizing. Painting is our strong ability.
Our workshop is in Jiading district Shanghai. The workshop area is 15000Sqm.
Total 6 set laser cutting machines with power 2000-6000W, cut steel max 30mm thickness, stainless max 16mm thickness;
1 set plasma cutting machine;
1 set CNC fire cutting machine;
2 set bending machine;
1 set press machines
Some other cutting machine, welding machines, CNC, Mill machines, wiring cutting machine etc.
1 set sand/bead blast workshop.
2. Painting equipments.
1 Anodising workshop, achieve anodizing thickness >25um
The productions have been exported to AU, NZ, Middle East, Europe, South America etc.
OEM is available. We can design the drawings according to clients request.
