Product Description
A complete automatic cycling Candle filtration system consists of the filter vessel, a Hydro-Vac secondary recovery filter to concentrate and remove the dirt loaded powder after each filtration cycle, and a main system liquid reservoir.
The heart of the Candle filtration system is a pressure vessel containing a packed array of filtering cloth-covered, perforated tubes. The tubes are attached to of the vessel. Fabrication of this assembly is such that any liquid flow, in either top-to bottom or bottom-to-top direction, must flow through the perforated tubes. In the filtration mode of operation liquid flows vertically up through the filter tubes into the pressure vessel dome. From there the filtered liquid is transported to a clean liquid storage tank.
While the dirty paticles on the filtering cloth-covered tubes increasing, the filter pressure increase, the back flush process will be actinved as the pressure get up to set value.
