Brief DescriptionWith the increase of power load, the disadvantages of original 10kV power distribution system will appear such as small capacity, large loss, short power supply radius, and occupation of many channels and much land, and the contradiction between the construction of power distribution network and the use of land resources is increasingly highlighted. 10KV power distribution system has been unable to meet the requirements, and increasing the voltage from 10KV to 20KV may result in a 75% reduction of line energy loss and a 60% increase of power supply radius, as well as save the transformer substation number and land and reduce the line and corridor lamp resources. In the process of transforming from 10KV system to 20KV system, there is such situation that the 10KV power supply system needs to be transformed to 20KV system after it is used for a short period of time. This product may convert between 10KV and 20KV voltages, and the user doesn't need to make second input, thus saving the investment. 2. Features1. Thanks to the built-in voltage conversion switch, the transformer may realize conversion between 10KV and 20KV voltage classes. 2. The junction group remains unchanged after voltage conversion, and there are no idle turns when the transformer runs at either voltage. 3. As the low voltage adopts copper foil winding, the electric field distribution of transformer is uniform. The low-voltage inner frame adopts formed hard paper tube, while the high-voltage outer half lap is wound with tasteless glass adhesive tape layer by layer. The compression pad adopts the laminated wood, thus enhancing the mechanical strength of the transformer. The transformer uses vacuum oil filling, which may totally eliminate the bubble in the coil, so as to improve overall the ability of the transformer to withstand the sudden short circuit.4.
