Product Description
The S11 Series and S11-M Series of low-loss energy-saving transformers core we produce is a laminated structure. Based on advanced technology and process of oil immersed transformer from China and overseas, S11 Series and S11-M Series products are designed and developed combined with our technology innovation. Our goals are raising the technology level, improving the reliability of product, while greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
Product Highlight
1. The main insulation structures between high and low voltage coil adopt 11kv grade transformers technology, which improve the ability to withstand voltage of the transformer, but also reduce the temperature rise of the coil.
2. After tested by the Power of Industrial Electrical Equipment Quality Testing Center and Guangzhou Research Institute, S11-M-200/10 high and low voltage coil on air average temperature rise is 48.2K and 49.7K, S11-M-100 /10 high and low voltage coil on air average temperature is the average temperature rise is 57.8K and 57.7K. Both of them are lower comparison of standard temperature rise (65K). So it improves transformer overload capability, extends the life of transformers.
3. The coil uses a low axial short-circuit power structure. When the transformer circuit shorting occurs, the structure can significantly reduces the transformer circuit shorting axial force, which greatly enhances resistance of transformer circuit shorting.
4. High reliability of the supporting structure of transformer body ensures that coil lower and upper part can be reliably pressed each other. The entire transformer body structure strengthens the resistance of circuit shorting
5. Select a lower flux density. It not only reduces the no-load loss of transformer, but also can ensure the core flux is not saturated and third harmonic is very small when transformer runs under the over-voltage.
6. Bolts and nuts in surface are used in all 304 stainless steel enhancing the anti-rust ability of the outer surface of the transformer. Each sealing gasket is the best in China, and greatly extend the life of the sealing gasket.
