Technical description:
Oil and gas transmission longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe production line is composed by pipe rolling machine, back bending machine, joint preliminary welder.
After the plate be shaped, it will be sent to go through welding, anti-rust process, inspection process to become finished pipes.
Reverse deformation device and upper pressing beam device are built to eliminate the deflection deformation of the upper roller.
This machine is driven by hydraulic motor, products are unloaded automatically without the overturn of the side frame and assistant of the auxiliary.
