Ultrasonic cleaners are widely used in every fields include the same high power, rugged transducers found on industrial systems sold to the automotive, electronics, and metalworking industries. Ultrasonic Cleaners use engineered ceramics to assure both durability and superior power. Ultrasonic Cleaners are coupled with a new sweep frequency capability, so you get the best possible cleaning every time, all the time.
1 Bakr is the first one to use full-bridge IGBT high-power integration modules- Siemens to control power source, good protection against high temperature, high pressure and overheating, makes the cleaner perfect.
2 Withstand high temperature. It can reach up to 80C, Siemens modules is of high pressure resistance, as transistor and filed effect tube can be easily be broken down by current under high voltage, not only affecting the normal function but also disturbing the transducer's frequency, Siemens can avoid this.
3 Siemens module control power is higher than other components; Bakr`s control circuit adopts the most advanced power adjustment according to different components.
4 Adopting original Germany CeramTec piezoelectric ceramic chip, high-precision CNC machine equipment and accurate test methods ensure Bakr high quality. And tank adopts expoted 2mmSUS304 stainless steel.
