Introduction and Features
This machine uses high pressure recoil cleaning the oral liquid bottles, plastic bottle, and high-speed centrifugal drying them. It is improved by the original bottle washing machine that without drying function, reduce secondary pollution of the intermediate links that removes the washed bottle to drying machine. So this machine meets GMP requirements. And reduce investment in equipment and staff input, it is the advanced cleaning machine.
Working principle: Put the bottle into disc and send the disc into the rotary frame, open the water inlet valve, the frequency converter will control the motor to start cleaning, after 60 seconds(adjustable) cleaning, it automatic runs at high speed, the water and impurities of bottle will be thrown out, achieve the purpose of cleaning and drying.
1. This machine using automated grading speed, start and stop smoothly. It adopts slow speed cleaning and high speed centrifugal drying, so the bottle do not need re-drying.
2. It uses once tap water cleaning, once pure water rinse, the cleaning time can be adjusted.
3. It is simple in structure, easy to operate and maintenance.
