Description:
Oxalic acid is colourless, odourless bright crystals, efflorescent in warm dry air, soluble in water, alcohol but insoluble in water, alcohol but insoluble in benzene, chloroform, poisonous.
Application:
Pharmaceutical industry, precipitating agent of rare earth elements, bleaching, metal and marble Polish, cleanser removing stains, tanning industry, printing and dyeing catalytic agent, also oxalic acid can be used as anti-shrinkage finishing of paper, manufacturing oxalates.
