Oxygen free copper can be widely used in: Electronic tube, laser mirror, direct connection application, stable hose of superconductor cable, magnetron, chilling application, vacuum circuit breakers, electron beam welding, vacuum washer, high-speed train, the large generator stator, wind turbines, hydro power generator, solar panels, medical X-ray, high voltage application, nuclear motor, magnetic resonance imaging scanner, radar etc.
We, Orient Copper Industry Co., Ltd, has advanced equipments and facilities including vacuum metallurgy furnaces ranges from 3.0 to 5.5 tons, CNC machineries, electronic coating system. Our company and our modern physical and chemical analysis lab were certified by ISO9001 in 2010.
We have 85% highly trained employees graduated from colleges. 30 staff worked in R&D department focusing on new material development and research. In the meanwhile, we are also cooperating with some universities and science institutes to enhance our R&D capacity.
We devoted our own technology which has intellectual property rights on series of continuous caster copper mould plate including flat copper plate, arc copper plate, combined square copper billet, irregular shape copper billet as well as CuCrZr/CuAg/CuNiBe. Especially we are specialized in coating technology, adopted Co-Ni, Ni-Co coating, and also we successfully developed a supersonic high-temperature spray technology which can improve the steel flow and extending the life of copper plate.
