Product Description
DLSD Pair-pole High Grade Magnetic Separator from YYDLS is special for remove Fe from Ceramic materials and other non-ferrous minerals.
1. How DLSD separator purify ceramic materials?
Potassium feldspar, albite, silica sand, quartz, nepheline, kaolin, etc., are important raw materials for ceramics or glass industries. Ferrous impurities (gaugue ), such as hematite, ilmenite, biotite, chlorite, tourmaline, wil colorize the useful materials. These impurities are in a very small quantity and very fine. It is difficult to separate them by traditional drum or roller magnetic separators.
DLSD separator is pair-pole structured. With max. Magnetic field intensity more than 16000 GS. Furthermore, special designed matrix will make gradient in the background magnetic field. On the margin of matrix mediums, intensity will be higher than 30000 Gauss. The attaction of magnetic impurities will be highly increased.
Magnetic mediums composing the matrix are selected accordingly, which is suitable for fine powders, and are available to be cleared easily.
