Application:
Tightening the self locking counter nut:
Screw on the self locking counter nut hand-tight and then give final tightening of 1/4 to 1/2 turn using a spanner.
Loosening the self locking counter nut:
Tighten the hexagon nut hard to nullify the spring effect of the locking teeth. It is then easy to release the self locking counter nut.
