Our palm-oil-decolorizer is sanforized by organic and inorganic modified ways which enhanced surface active, increase the pore volume and expand specific surface area. As a result our products have more powerful adsorptive capacity.
Free acid≤ 0.16%
Longer shelf life & safer oil
Our palm-oil-decolorizer is produced by dry acidification rather than wet ways. So it has lower free acid than conventional acid clay. Lower free acid make the oil which is decoloured by our products more stable. The oil will be less prone to color reversion, oxidation, deterioration and so on, and it will be stored longer.
Oil absorption ratio≤ 11%
Less oil loss & cheaper oil production costs
Oil absorption ratio is a key indicator which affects the oil production costs. Our product has lower intercepting effect than conventional acid clay because of its loose crystal structure. Therefor it absorbs less oil when decolouring.
Filter velocity: Enhance by 5%
Lower filtering energy consumption & more convenient
Oil filter velocity influences production efficiency during the fining decolorization process. Our palm-oil-decolourizer has clavate crystal structure and has weaker oil filter resistance. We take the timeshare subsection calcination activation technology in the craft, which reduces the decolourizer viscous resistance.
Unit oil production: Enhance by 5%
More durable products & higher production efficiency
The oil production of unit weight decolorant is also a very important production parameter in the oil refinery. Compared with the traditional argil(normal temperature aqueous method), our palm-oil-decolourizer has stabler spatial configuration because it is calcined under high temperature.
