Pancreatin is the mixture of multi enzyme extracted from pigs, sheep, mainly including trypsin, pancreatin amylase and pancreatic lipase
It is fine white to creamy powder or granules 0with characteristic odour and taste. It is partly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol and ether.
