By1000pro is a kind of video character generator card based on PCI bus. It superimposes PC-generated text, graphics and animation on transmitted video, under fully software control; creates video effects including speed-controllable motion text and graphics, timers; and output superb quality video signal, broadcast level. With self-designed FPGA, it gets excellent image quality and video capabilities. Moreover, it is anti-jamming and stable for a very long time. Most of all, it is WYSIWYG.
